Digital Goods Policy

Since Leaksyr provides immediate access to digital data and intangible search capabilities, all sales are generally final and non-refundable once the service has been accessed or used.

01. Exceptions

We evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis under the following circumstances:

Double Charges If you were accidentally charged twice for the same transaction.
Service Failure If the platform was completely inaccessible for a significant duration (24+ hours) during your subscription period due to our fault.

02. Non-Refundable Cases

To provide clarity, the following situations are strictly non-refundable:

  • Data Availability: You didn't find specific data you were looking for (we do not guarantee data availability).
  • TOS Violation: Account termination due to violation of our Terms of Service.
  • Change of Mind: Reconsidering your purchase after it has been completed.

03. How to Request

Contact our support team at [email protected] with your transaction ID within 7 days of purchase. We generally process eligible refunds within 5-10 business days.
